The position is based out in our Manjeri office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field of Contracts and Quantity survey and hold a B.Tech/B.E degree.

- To lead the Quantity survey team as a Contracts Manager/Sr. Quantity Surveyors
- Preparation of Tender, Bill of Quantity, Tender analysis, Tender Reports
- Formulating Contracts
- Evaluation of Contractors, Interim valuation and Issue of Recommendation for Payment
- Evaluation of Variations and Claims
- Arranging and attending Progress meeting and recording minutes
- Preparation of Cost Estimates
- Attending meeting with Clients to understand their requirements and prepare Tender documents accordingly
- Coordination with Clients / Client representatives, statutory bodies, Team members and Sub-consultants to complete the Projects assigned
- Above all to the efficient and active Team Leader to the QS Team
