The Basheer Residence

A  classic  contemporary  residence  located  in  Melattur,  Manjeri  designed  by  DAC  for  Mr.  Basheer.  This  residence  speaks  of  straight  lines,  and  hues  of  white,  brown  and  grey.
The  elevation  resembles  a  wooden-clad  cuboid,  with  a  solid-void  effect  created  by  the  white  and  grey  parts.  The  large  windows,  too  speak  of  this  solid-void  effect,  with  one  sporting  a  seek  and  thin  frame  and  the  other  window  frame  bold  and  thick.
Interesting  effect  have  been  created  in  the  boundary  wall  as  well,  with  a  rectangular  frame  that  seems  to  capture  the  scenic  beauty  behind  the  site  within  it’s  boudaries
