The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the field of Architecture and hold a B.Arch degree.

The duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
  • Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
  • Prepares Project Plan,Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
  • Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
  • Maintains required quality standards
  • Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
  • Identifies resource requirement
