- Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
- Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
- Prepares Project Plan,Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
- Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
- Maintains required quality standards
- Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
- Identifies resource requirement
Area of experience required:
- Creativity and Communication
- Design Development and detailing
- Autocad and revit software knowledge
- Planning of work & executing in an organized manner
- Knowledge of Statutory Requirements
