The position is based out in our Manjeri office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field of detailed drawing/working drawing preparation.

The duties & Responsibilities:

To transform the concepts presented by the design heads into working drawings considering all technical coordination with all sub consultants, associates, designers etc
Produce working drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD)
Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects
Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers, design heads to ensure that they conform to design concepts
Coordinate with consultants
Document preparation for municipal permissions
Material analysis-coordinate with architects and vendors
Drawing quality checking

Area of experience required:

Design Development and detailing
Awareness of Design Standards
Knowledge of Statutory Requirements
Autocad and revit software knowledge
