- Quantity take off for all disciplines
- Prepare Bill of Quantities
- Evaluate Contractor’s Interim Valuation issue certifications
- Evaluate and settlement variation and claim
- Arranging and attending Progress meeting and recording minutes
- Prepare cost estimate
