With his years of experience at DAC, Sibi Kakkat has become an indispensable part of the team, using his highly effective leadership skills to examine and maintain the project schedules, establish, implement and maintain Integrated Management system for the organization, Conduct SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat ) analysis periodically and ensure stability of organization and initiate actions for growth of the organization. Sibi manages all internal department heads and coordinates projects – making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the overall integration of technical activities.
