Project – Mannath

The IIA Kerala Chapter Gold & Silver Leaf State Awards for Excellence in Architecture was instituted by the IIA Kerala Chapter to recognise notable architecture by members of the Chapter and to encourage such efforts among architects in Kerala and to create an awareness among the public about the profession and the high quality of architectural works being created by architect members in Kerala.

The Award was presented to Ar. Brijesh Shaijal in 2009, by The IIA President Ar. Vinay Parelkar from Mumbai and Ar. Dean D’Cruz an eminent architect from Goa.

Project – Safa Jewellary Melattur

The IIID MK Award in the Retail sector was awarded to Safa Jewellery, Melattur in 2009 – One of DAC’s pioneer projects in the sector.

Kiora Amorez bagged the Gold Leaf Awards for Interior Design in 2013, as well as in 2015 after the addition and renovation of the jewellery store.

The ICI Ultratech Endowment Award 2013 was awarded to “Deemah”, one of DAC’s noteworthy projects that stood out against the typical residential architecture at the time.

The Vanitha Veedu architecture awards is an endeavour to bring forth the best architecture and design concepts and practices in kerala.
Cuppa Cafe was designed by DAC to exude an ambience of unwinding, the cafe has a stylish modern façade and ambient lighting to suit any mood.
The Vanitha Veedu Architecture Award for Best Hospitality project was awarded to DAC for Cuppa Cafe, Nilambur.

WADe ASIA/India is a platform created for recognizing, documenting and making the work of Women Architects of the industry more visible. WADe Awards were initiated to encourage young talents and recognize the work done by women in the fields of Architecture, Art and Design.
