This  residence  designed  for  Mr.  Vasu  in  Kozhikode  by  DAC,  features  a  distinct  roof  characterised  by  intersecting  planes,  turning  away  from  the  monotony  of  conventional  pitched  roofs  to  create  interesting  visual  and  spatial  effects.  This  luxurious  contemporary  residence  is  an  amalgmation  of  both  modern  and  traditional  approaches  to  design.
